Why did my bet go to a trader instead of being accepted?
Bets above your automatic limit, on markets we do not publish a price for, or where the price moved between you tapping and confirming, are sent to a trader. You will get a price back, usually within a minute.
Why is the price different from what I saw?
Prices move. The price is checked again at the moment you confirm, and if it has moved you are shown the new one rather than being put on at a price that no longer exists.
Can I bet in more than one currency?
Yes. Each currency is a separate account with its own balance and limit. They are never combined, and a balance in one does not fund a bet in another.
What does SP mean next to a runner?
No fixed price is available for that selection, so it settles at starting price. We show SP rather than inventing a number from thin data.
Why can I not put two runners from the same race in a multi?
Only one of them can win, so the multi could never come in. They can be placed as singles.
